As a rule, bookings made are non refundable and are mentioned on the website before you proceed with the purchase/booking. In special circumstances, Refunds may be granted. In such cases, once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that convenience or transaction fees will not be refundable. If an event is rescheduled by Neon Square, all customers will be notified, and booking/ticket will be utilizable on the new date. If the event is permanently cancelled by Neon Square then vouchers usable at any of the facilities at Neon Square equal to the paid amount will be provided within 7 days.
